RT8810 是雙相同步 Buck 控制器，集成了包括字句二極體在內的具有高驅動能力的 MOSFET 驅動器，外部元件少，空間佔用少，可用於大電流的應用中，是一個緊湊、高效、安全而且成本低廉的解決方案。它可將回饋電壓精確調節至與內部 0.6V 參考電壓相同或是追蹤 0.4V~2.5V 的外部參考電壓，使用 MODE 引腳可控制其工作在單相或雙相模式下，使之非常適合於 PCI-Express 介面圖形卡之類的雙輸入場合。當它被設定在自動模式時，它可在輕載時以單相運行進行操作，因而可在全負載範圍內維持其高效率的運作。此外，它的門極驅動電壓是可調節的，這可使其效率得到最大化，性能得到最優化。它採用無損耗的 RDS(ON) 電流檢測技術進行電流平衡和過流保護，具有可調節的軟啟動、相數可調和過流門限可調等特性。
